Please keep in mind wait times. Each 30 minute-interval will incur a fee of $15. Wait time billing will start after a 15-minute grace period.
Tolls are inclusive in the quoted prices.
Please note that for bookings, we request a minimum of 2 hours' notice for local trips and 4 hours for regional trips. While we are available 24/7, if an urgent booking is necessary for local or regional trips, we kindly remind all guests that a minimum of approximately 45 minutes is needed for local trips and 1.5 hours for urgent regional trips.
Cancellation is conditionally permitted without incurring a cancellation fee. The conditions are as follows: (1) Local trips must be cancelled at least 1 hour before the scheduled appointment time, and (2) Regional trips must be cancelled at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time. If cancellation occurs under these conditions, a full refund of 100% of the booking will be issued without any cancellation fees. If the above conditions are not met and cancellation occurs within the specified timeframes, such as cancelling a local trip less than 1 hour from the booked time or cancelling a regional trip less than 2 hours from the booked time, the guest will receive a refund minus 25% of the booked amount as a cancellation fee.
